سرچينې د ننګرهار استيناف څارنوال خالد احمد اوريا له قوله ويلي، چې د جمهور رئيس د ياد فرمان په ترڅ کې ۷۱ هغو جنايي بنديانو ته، چې د بند موده يې له پنځو کلونو ډېره نه وه، بښنه شوې او د بند په موده کې يې کموالی راغلی دی.
د اوريا په خبره، ۵۲ تنه د فرمان مطابق وو او اته تنه نور، چې د بند موده يې پوره کېده، له بنده ازاد شول او د لسو نورو د بند موده کمه شوه.
په خبرپاڼه کې راغلي، په دغو بنديانو کې يوه مېرمنه هم وه، چې د فرمان له مخې يې د بند موده پای ته ورسېده.
د ننګرهار په عمومي زندان کې اوس مهال ۱۷۱۹ بنديان د بند شپې ورځې تېروي، چې ۴۲ يې مېرمنې دي.
